Kevin McClain is an educated musician, composer, and music theorist working towards Northwestern University's music theory and cognition program, researching music and its potential medical applications. Kevin has been playing and studying music since the age of eight. He established McMusic Lessons & Performances in 2008 to provide an alternative to your average music lesson with your average music teacher. He began to acquire students all over the globe after moving to Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 2012. He began providing remote music lessons on Skype, Zoom, or any other video chat applications, in addition to in-studio and house call music lessons. Returning to Palos Hills, Illinois in 2018, moving to Crestwood in 2020, and back to Palos Hills in 2022 the teacher continues to provide guitar lessons, piano lessons, bass guitar lessons, ukulele lessons, and music theory instruction online, by house call, and in the studio at McMusic Lessons & Performances
